Description
Scour Exchange (SX) allows users to search for, download, and share digital entertainment files, including MP3s, video, images, photographs, and more. This version features a powerful and extensive search utility and a digital media library that allows you to share files with other users that have similar interests. This version now has an integrated hot list, a new transfer code for more reliable transfers, a new searchable media library, a ping counter, and has updated the instant-messaging feature.

"Try a different program..." I downloaded this, thinking I could find all sorts of files to download. Guess what? I did, but I couldn't successfully download one file of any type. Every time I would try, it would connect, gather the information, and then it would just stop and say "error" and not even explain why. In addition to this, it froze aboout every 5 seconds. On their website, it says that there are bugs, but this was rediculous. If you are thinking about downloading this program, save the space and save yourself a lot of grief.

"It Rocks!" This is a butt kicking program. Extremely easy to setup. I am not sure why people were having problems configuring because the installation interface was so easy a monkey could do it. The download speeds varied depending on who you are downloading. At first I thought they were very slow, then found it was just due to who I was getting files from. When I was downloading from a T1,T3 or DSL, the downloads were just smokin. I did get the "Windows Blue Screen" when I went to delete a file out of my folder, hopefully a bug they will fix. However I found if you want to delete a file, you can do it within the program no problem mon. The program interface is fantastic, I look forward to using this more and definitely seeing the final release
