Essa vai pro Yada:

Ingredientes:
=============
1 kg de polvilho doce
sal a gosto
água
manteiga

Instruções:
===========

Mal comece a dourar, vire e asse do outro lado.

My beating
Postado por caio em Monday December 10 2001 @ 10:41AM CST
If you meet Robert Fisk, stone him

They started by shaking hands. We said "Salaam aleikum" – peace be upon you – then the first pebbles flew past my face. A small boy tried to grab my bag. Then another. Then someone punched me in the back. Then young men broke my glasses, began smashing stones into my face and head. I couldn't see for the blood pouring down my forehead and swamping my eyes. And even then, I understood. I couldn't blame them for what they were doing. In fact, if I were the Afghan refugees of Kila Abdullah, close to the Afghan-Pakistan border, I would have done just the same to Robert Fisk. Or any other Westerner I could find.

...

I guess at this point I should thank Lebanon. For 25 years, I have covered Lebanon's wars and the Lebanese used to teach me, over and over again, how to stay alive: take a decision – any decision – but don't do nothing.

Que es mas macho?
Postado por caio em Wednesday December 05 2001 @ 10:04PM CST
Standby. You're on the air.

Buenos noches Senores y Senoras. Bienvenidos.

Well, let's see. My guess is that a pineapple is more macho than a knife.

Si! Correcto!

Uh, lightbulb?

No!
Gracias. And we'll be back in un momento.

It was Cobb Anderson who built the "boppers" — the first robots with real brains. Now, in 2020, Cobb is just another aged "pheezer" with a bad heart, drinking and grooving an the old tunes in Florida retirement hell. His "bops" have came a long way, though, rebelling against their subjugation to set up their own society an the moon. And now they're offering creator Cobb immortality but at a stiff price: his body his soul ... and his world.

Absolute PowerPoint
Postado por caio em Wednesday November 28 2001 @ 08:18AM CST
But PowerPoint also has a private, interior influence. It edits ideas. It is, almost surreptitiously, a business manual as well as a business suit, with an opinion—an oddly pedantic, prescriptive opinion—about the way we should think. It helps you make a case, but it also makes its own case: about how to organize information, how much information to organize, how to look at the world.

Tempest for Eliza
Postado por caio em Tuesday November 27 2001 @ 06:28AM CST
What is it ? Tempest for Eliza is a Program that uses your computer monitor to send out AM radio signals. You can then hear computer generated music in your radio.

Why this program ? You need no additional hardware to understand that it is really possible to observe your computer without physically touching it. (tempest). I wrote this program because it was fun and because it teaches in an amusing way that tempest really exists. i want people to understand that their computers can be observed.
