nibtool

nibtool translation problems were fixed

nibtool had a bug which corrupted translated nibs and a problem which discarded layout information when -O was used while translating. Those bugs were fixed.

nibtool no longer has the -t option

The -t option was removed because most of that functionality is implemented in -I.

nibtool now accepts non-ASCII pathnames

Carbon Specific

Controls were getting shifted in some Carbon nibs

Fixed another instance of the problem where items in a carbon tab control were getting shifted on save.

A crash while copying windows in some nibs

The crasher was fixed.
