About Signals and Systems
About the Signals and Systems Course
The Signals and Systems class is divided into two areas:
- Class:
Demonstrates the theoretical modeling of signals and systems.
- Lab: Applies the theory of signals and systems
in MATLAB on real applications. Most of the labs focus on applications
involving images and sounds so that the students can see or hear the effects discussed in class.

January 25, 2005:
- The first homework assignment has been linked in the syllabus. Read the description of Repetitive Grading and remember to turn in
problems early and often to get the most out of the grading system.
January 24, 2005:
- The book for this class, DSP
First, is late at the Babson book store. We will xerox copies
of the material until the books arrive, next week.
