Back to campus
It’s time to build a new campus stadium so that Golden Gopher football
can be played the way Big Ten college football is meant to be played; outdoors
and on campus. Sitting in the sun on a crisp, fall afternoon. Soaking up the
sharp scents of autumn. Feeling chills run down your spine as the marching band
leads thousands of cheering Gopher fans in “The Rouser.”
It’s time to rekindle the game-day traditions that add to campus life in
a way that cannot be replicated and to inspire enthusiasm and pride in the University
of Minnesota among students, faculty, staff, alumni and fans everywhere.
