'Lost' actor signs deal with ABC and new movie |
Despite getting killed off in the last episode of the hit ABC series "Lost," actor Ian Somerhalder has signed a one-year deal with the network, Variety reports.
The deal calls for a starring role in an upcoming series next year.
In addition to the new gig, Somerhalder has also inked a deal to star in the indie feature "The Breed."
Somerhalder's hot-headed "Lost" character Boone Carlisle died after falling off a cliff, while inside a mysterious airplane.
The actor's other credits include the TV show "Young Americans" and "Smallville," and the films "Life as a House" and "In Enemy Hands."
