Posted by mnemosyne23 Wednesday, February 09 @ 15:42:52 CST - 603 reads
From Ask Ausiello at TVGuide.com:Question: Now that Mariska (Hargitay of Law & Order: SVU) is getting the awards attention she deserves (thanks largely to you), who will you be campaigning for now? By the way, Speedman has nothing on you. — Bethany
Ausiello: Thanks, Beth. At least someone gets it. As far as your question goes, here are some ladies I will be pitching for TV Guide's Dream Emmy Ballot this year: 24's Mary Lynn Rajskub and Shohreh Aghdashloo, Everwood's Anne Heche and Emily VanCamp, Lost's Evangeline Lilly and Emilie de Ravin, Gilmore Girls' Lauren Graham, Alexis Bledel and Kelly Bishop and Scrubs' Judy Reyes

The mysteries on 'Lost' will be solved -- eventually
Alan Sepinwall, The Star-Ledger
Wednesday, February 09, 2005
Tonight... The (Lost) castaways are stunned by the return of Claire and prepare to defend themselves against her kidnappers.
DAMON LINDELOF understands your suspicion. Really, he does.
Lindelof is the co-creator of "Lost," ABC's intricately plotted hit thriller about plane crash survivors stranded on a tropical island where nothing is quite as it seems. But he's also a fan of shows like the one he writes, and he's been burned enough times in the past to sympathize with "Lost" viewers who are starting to wonder if he and J.J. Abrams know where the story is going, or if they're just piling mystery on top of mystery to hide the fact that they're making it up as they go along.

Fasten Your Seatbelts and Get 'Lost' Again |

AARON BARNHART, Kansas City Star
“Lost” (7 tonight, Channel 9). Since it's all the football announcers seemed to talk about on Sunday, I couldn't help thinking that “Lost” is a lot like the New England Patriots — 48 players, no superstars, but as an ensemble, terrific. And after a three-week hiatus (to watch the playoffs?), the gang is back in a new episode.
You may recall that poor Claire (Emilie de Ravin) stumbled out of the woods at the end of the last hour, looking disheveled. Still pregnant? Hard to say. But we will learn her secrets in a show being billed as a “Charlie-centric episode,” meaning we'll learn more about Dominic Monaghan's character.
Charlie just discovered from Claire's diary her secret crush on him. Who knows, maybe “Lost” creator turned music impresario J.J. Abrams will release another single from Charlie's entirely fictitious yet oddly popular band Drive Shaft (its last “hit” was recently heard blasting from Sydney Bristow's stereo on “Alias,” another show Abrams produces. There's even an authentic-looking “official” Drive Shaft Web site).
Fans may also be interested in the fate of Ethan, Claire's abductor. He wasn't on the manifest of the doomed flight, but something tells me he's going to do his part for the team tonight as “Lost” continues its winning rookie season.

TV Guide: 'Lost' Star Back on 'Alias?' |
Posted by mnemosyne23 Tuesday, February 08 @ 18:32:58 CST - 1649 reads
From TV Guide (2/13-2/19)Get ready for a double dose of the mighty Quinn. Terry O'Quinn, who stars as Lost's spooky philosopher Locke, may be returning to his old Alias stomping grounds. J.J. Abrams, co-creator of both series, is mum on the specific details of how he'll bring Agent Kendall back, but he will say, "We wouldn't have Terry (come in) unless it was worth his time." O'Quinn is all for the guest spot: "J.J.'s certainly been very good to me." We'll say.
