Due to the busy schedules of the Quill and Kiss staff, new stories/submissions will not undergo a beta reading process once they are approved so we can avoid a very long beta queue. It's not fair to keep a very good story in our queue and not let you enjoy them at once.
However this is only temporary.
Once we have enough beta readers, all stories of new and old authors will have to go through a beta process with a Quill and Kiss staff. New authors will be assigned new betas
To our old authors, you may still continue working with your betas in your stories.
With that said, we're still looking for betas. For those of you who are interested, leave a comment here. Thanks!

Happy Holidays, everyone!
Because it seems like all of the staff members of Quill and Kiss have been very busy this past year, there have been a huge number of backlog in our validation queue. If you have stories for approval and for beta, I ask for your patience. We'll try to have everything up as soon as we can.
We're still looking for new beta readers for the site. If you are interested to become a beta reader, fill out the application form in the HGForever LJ community.

There is a new trend where spam robots are leaving inappropriate reviews or inappropriate links to our authors. I would like to sincerely apologize for the trouble that this is causing to some of you. Be confident that I’m doing my best to delete them and ban the users from the site. We are still looking for some beta readers. If you are interested in our beta team, please contact Alcarcalime for a beta application.
Some of you are still waiting for your stories to be validated. My humble apologies for the wait, all of us in the team have been very busy; we are working on getting up to date. If you have any questions about the status of your story drop me an email.
We have been working in a few ideas for a new challenge but we would like to hear some of your ideas too. Since Christmas is near we would like to hear some of your ideas or challenges for our authors. Send me your ideas at the email listed above and let me know to whom should I credit the idea.

On August 11, 2005, HGForever re-opened its fan fiction portal in honor of the youngest and our favorite Weasley's birthday. And now, one year later, despite the hurdles that came along, Quill and Kiss is still up and running, still providing you with excellent fan fictions to satisfy our craving and love for everything Harry/Ginny. In behalf of Bluemagic and GilyAnn, I'd like to thank our beta readers, authors, members, and guests for helping Quill and Kiss get to where it is today. We would not have done it without all of you! We vow to keep on giving you quality H/G fan fictions for the years to come. Again, thank you!

Hallo H/Gers!
Just to let you know that I'm 90% through regarding the upgrade process. We are now using version 2.07. There are still some testings to do and few files I need to modify. Sorry for the delays but we need to attend first to our server issues. Yes! HGF has a new home now.:-)
Hopefully, the Archive will be back in full swing within the week.

Please be reminded that ALL SUBMISSIONS ARE CLOSED. We will not be reviewing the new stories until we have re-opened the submissions.
The archive has encountered a problem last week (some of you might have noticed that the new chapter of Fire's Quest for Freedom and deenas's new story Future Plans have suddenly disappeared), and while we aren't done checking what went wrong, we won't be accepting new fics in case the same problem occurs.
I hope you all understand.
To those who have submitted new fics, please be patient. We will start reviewing the new submissions after we're done checking the site.
