Dwelling is an excellent young Portuguese band that develops its work inside a style acoustic neoclassical based in you magnify atmospheres with certain approach to the sound of such bands as Arcana or Empyrium, to mention some examples.

“Human”, its second album, is a fascinating trip for different climates perfectly achieved by the feeling of the interpretation of the guitar and the violin, instruments that they offer certain brief and delicate instants and acoustic interludes enhanced at surprising levels thanks to the I magnify vocal work of Catarina Raposo interpreting the texts of the songs in its native Portuguese and in English.

Three outstanding tracks inside a quite even context are “Tecelões da Realidade”, full of Baroque shades; the extensive and changing “The Wheel”, and the atmospheric closing track, “The Reality That Remains”.

In Dwelling there are enough elements to enjoy as their melodic wealth and the virtuosity in the interpretations that make of “Human” a disc that can be but that interesting for those who they like of the delicate climates and of the good melodies, but that newly it is appreciated in their real dimension after listening to it reiterated times.
