COLORSTAR

"Via La Musica"

(Periferic Records, 2002)

One of the most captivating proposals in the Neo world Progressive Psicodelia, ideal for lovers of Ozric Tentacles or Porcupine Tree.

The progressive one psychedelic finds in Hungary fertile lands where to be developed and to create wonderful and hypnotic works. Bands like Korai Öröm, D Sound, Mindflowers and ColorStar are faithful testimonies of this. And of among them, stands out ColorStar sharply, a band that takes their name from the first television sign to color of the communist Hungary whose music remits us unfailingly to that of the British Ozric Tentacles and Porcupine Tree. In her, the employment of the new instrumental techniques of midi and programs sequencers they fuse with traditional instruments reaching indescribable harmonic lattices of a captivating beauty.

"Via La Musica" it is their second artistic production, being, with security, the best form of being connected with a sound universe in very varied ways that suggestively are almost solved without we realize, rounding really magic climates.

And we suggest, to risk of being iterative, to all the searchers of new proposals to go into in that inexhaustible musical marvel that is the progressive of the country of the magyars. Their surprise will be uppercase, we can guarantee it.
