If you want to write a scenario for us to include on the site then we'd love to hear about it, but perhaps you would be best to wait until we run one of our scenario contests, in which your work will be able to get the attention it warrants.

THAT WAY MADNESS LIES
Two Knights from Carcassonne
Scenario by Sebastian Hickey

Synopsis: A PC seeking medical attention discovers a malady that will kill him soon. A cure is at Wolingwut House, a nearby sanatorium. Here the PCs may solve a curious plot, battle nefarious creatures and defend their peers in a siege.
Setting: Any rural area in the Empire.
Game Time: 2 days.
Real Time: A session or two.
Party Restrictions: First or second careers.
Consequences: PCs may save or destroy innocent lives and realise or contain a Chaos plot.
Tone: Dark and grim with a spattering of humour.

KARLS & SCENTS
Karls and Scents
Scenario by Fahri Alp Kilic

Synopsis: The party becomes entangled in a plot involving travel, Tileans, nobles and fragrant cultists.
Setting: Wissenland, from Kreutzhofen to Nuln.
Game Time: About 3 weeks.
Real Time: 6-8 hours.
Party Restrictions: Late first or second careers advised. Some warrior types are recommended.
Consequeneces: The party might get a chance to meet some of the Empire's elites, run afoul of town guards, and make a mysterious friend in a high place.
Emphasis / Tone: Serious and mysterious, but with some levity. The plot has both "Brains" and "Bash" solutions.

THE LEGEND OF WOLFGANG VON HORN

Scenario by Wim van Gruisen

Synopsis: Stuck in a time loop with an army of beastmen and a dodgy Ulrican templar, can the PCs change history?
Game Time: It all takes place in a single night.
Real Time: Two or three four-hour sessions.
Party Restrictions: None. The emphasis is on puzzle solving.
Consequences: The PCs receive some insanity points. They will find a magical artifact. Ulric may favour them.
Emphasis / Tone: Grim tone. Emphasis on gathering information and puzzle-solving. Violence is an important part of the game, but PCs won't solve the scenario by combat.

BARTUK - WHERE OGRES DARE
Bartuk
Scenario by Daniel N Jørgensen

Synopsis: While travelling the PCs are joined by an uncanny Ogre heading in the same direction. They later encounter a merchant who has been robbed of valuables. As the Ogre accidentally torches an inn, the PCs must find this gold as compensation.
Setting: Any rural part of the Empire.
Game Time: A few days, probably 5-7.
Real Time: One session.
Party Restrictions: The party need not be particularly experienced. Some combat is inevitable. PCs must not be too opposed to Ogres or hedge wizardry.
Consequences: PCs may become outlaws (though potentially rich ones).
Tone: Humorous. Includes plenty of violence.

DEAD RINGER
Dead Ringer
Scenario by Chuck Morrison

Synopsis: The PCs are presented with a series of clues tattooed on a corpse. When solved, these clues lead the PCs to an antidote to the poison that they, and the townsfolk, ingested the night before.
Setting: The village of Ehrtzhofen.
Game Time: 24 hours.
Real Time: One or two sessions.
Party Restrictions: None. Suitable for 3-6 PCs of any level of experience.
Consequences: Failing to find the antidote results in illness for the PCs and villagers, and the deaths of Ehrtzhofen's Elder's Council.
Tone: Grim, but with some dark humor.

BUTCHER, BAKER, CANDLESTICK MAKER
Butcher, Baker, Candlestick Maker
Scenario by Mac Dara Mac Donnacha

Synopsis: A criminal hires the PCs to eliminate two rivals. They have to get past their targets' security and keep their employer alive long enough to pay them.
Setting: A city or large town, preferably with a waterway.
Game Time: One night.
Real Time: One session.
Party Restrictions: 2nd career characters recommended. Combat is expected, so warrior types will be useful. PCs with good stealth and/or social skills could prove handy.
Consequences: PCs may make important contacts, who could provide services or future adventure hooks.
Tone: Dark and violent, but with some humour.

THEATRE OF THE DAMNED
Theatre of the Damned
Scenario by Matti Kekki, Mikko Savolainen and Sami Uusitalo

A short scenario best suited for characters in their first or second careers, but it can be easily modified to suit any group. It takes a day of PCs time and can be finished in one session. Theatre of the Damned consists of three acts. First, some background to the scenario and a brief synopsis are given, followed by the actual adventure.

BLACKHEART - THE TASSENBURG CHAIN GANG
Blackheart
Scenario by Ben Dell

In this adventure the characters find themselves in Staumludt. They are hauled in by the Watch on trumped up charges and taken to the Captain of the Watch. He explains that he believes there is a conspiracy between his men and the local Magistrate to arrest and sentence as many innocent people as possible to hard labour, clearing the ruins of nearby Tassenburg.

A FORGOTTEN FOE
Forgotten Foe

An investigative adventure for three to six characters, preferably in their first or second careers. Though some events in the scenario are episodic, much of what happens will unfold in a non-linear fashion. It is therefore important for the Games Master to be familiar with the various clues, locations and the motivations of the NPCs embroiled in the plot.

THE SHOW MUST...
Encounter in the Woods

Synopsis: The PCs are hired to babysit some actors. When the actors disappear, they discover them murdered, and are forced to take their places on stage, so the show may go on.
Setting: The theatre district of Nuln
Game Time: Three days.
Real Time: One session.
Party Restrictions: Suits players who enjoy roleplaying and creativity. Little, if any, combat.
Consequences: The PCs may end up in prison if they do very badly.
Tone: Every-day, humorous.

AN ENCOUNTER IN THE WOODS
Encounter in the Woods

A four to six PCs Scenario best suited for combat-oriented PCs just starting out or in the middle of their First Careers, set in Middenland in which the PCs encounter a noble’s entourage in need of protection against dark forces. This adventure can be run with almost any PC group; since they find themselves in a “wrong place, wrong time” kind of situation, this could be a scenario to bring the group together.

This adventure is designed for players still in their first career, set a year or two after the event known as the Storm of Chaos. Although intended to take place in the Empire, it could be just as easily set in the forested depths of Artois in Bretonnia or the tangled woods of the Border Princes. As they are traveling, the players find themselves coming across a Roadwarden and her captive.

Synopsis: Transformation of the Jarl's daughter into an ice troll leads the party on a quest for a cure, adventuring through the wastes, battling beasts and facing sorcery.
Setting: Norsca.
Game Time: A long dark night or two.
Real Time: One or two sessions.
Party Restrictions: Norscan PCs work best - six are provided.
Consequences: Failure leads to death beneath the Aurora Chaoticus!
Tone: Grim, perilous, cold, and with much bickering.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS
First Impressions
Scenario by Mike Carniello

Synopsis: This scenario is a one-session adventure, designed to be played in between campaigns of the longer sort. For the GM, this adventure requires some quick-thinking and a fun attitude.
Setting: Pick a road, any road.
Game Time: Two days.
Real Time: One session.
Restrictions: Lots of role-playing, no real combat, per se. Relies on creativity of GM.
Consequences: Pretty much none. The Players will wind up unscathed.
Tone: Puzzling.

THE EYE OF SIGMAR

Synopsis: In which PCs meet an eclectic group, learn a great secret, and face a moral dilemma.
Setting: A wooded rural area. Forests of the Empire work best.
Game Time: Overnight.
Real Time: About 4 hours.
Party Restrictions: Late first or second careers advised, although some combat is malleable, the last possible fight is challenging.
Consequences: A powerful ally can be gained, or the eyes of a powerful association will be on their backs.
Emphasis / Tone: Serious, dark tone. The decision of a life hangs in the balance of the PCs.

A DAY AT THE RACES
Trials and Retribution
Scenario by Mike Hall

Setting: Between two backwater villages anywhere in the Empire.
Game Time: 2 days
Real Time: One session, possibly convention play.
Party Restrictions: No more than 4 PCs, Drive skill would be beneficial.
Consequences: There's the possibility of financial gain and a chance to make some friends and enemies on the way. Chances of death are slim.
Emphasis / Tone: Light hearted parody of a TV show, fairly simple and straight forward play.

TRIALS AND RETRIBUTION
Trials and Retribution
Scenario by Jason Harper

A ‘whodunnit’ style adventure set in the small monastery of Eggerswald this scenario mostly dispenses with combat, though this is still possible if the players wish, in favour of brainpower and imagination. Intended to be played as either a ‘one-off diversion’ for PCs on the road within another campaign or as a ‘stand-alone’ adventure in its own right.

Synopsis: The PCs are a Watch patrol keeping the peace in Altdorf.
Setting: The Altdorf Docklands.
Game Time: A Watchman's shift - up to 8 hours.
Real Time: Three or four hours.
Party Restrictions: Pregenerated characters of up to 6 Altdorf Watchmen are to be used.
Consequences: The PCs will solve numerous cases or die trying.
Emphasis / Tone: The tone is light and hopefully humorous. The emphasis is on a fast and furious convention style game.
