The value of the property is determined in cooperation with a local valuation expert appointed by Nykredit. The costs of this appraisal is deducted from the revenue of the mortgage loan granted by Nykredit. The amount varies with the type of property.
The minimum loan amount is EUR 67,000 (approx. DKK 500,000).
