Please keep the discussion to the Macrobiotic topic and feel free to cover all
aspects of this very broad subject. No commercial or sales messages are
tolerated and anyone spamming the group will be immediately removed. Members of
the discussion moderate the group. Members are encouraged to discuss health,
cooking, philosophy and all other aspects of the Macrobiotic lifestyle.
Discussion about the polar nature of manifestation as exemplified in the writing
of George Ohsawa, Michio Kushi, Walter Russell and other modern-day
proponents of polar theory is specifically permitted and encouraged. We expect
the standard of conduct to be the same as it is in our living room (or in
yours!). Participants are requested to be courteous and respectful of others'
views and to make the moderators' jobs easy.
This list is not affiliated with any organization
or particular school of thought as it relates to macrobiotics or Sufism. Sufi
Dervish Shams ad-Din Tabrizi, who was not
connected to any group, said:
