Let me ask you this: What does it really matter? If I thought that she and I had a snowball's chance in hell to getting back together I wouldn't have posted this here. Plus why doesn't she just fucking come forward and admit that she doesn't want me to be with anyone if she feels this apathy you speak of?

Okay so what I am to understand here is...

I'm an insensitive asshole and due to my ignorance of women (which is far larger than I thought) I could be missing a golden oppurtunity to fix our relationship because even though she says she hates me the truth could be that she still loves me?

Because frankly...that would be awesome and a half. God knows if Mage ever said, "B, quit being a jackass and lets try to make this thing work," I'd jump on the chance like a flea on a dog.

I have no wish to have a relationship with you seeing as you came here for two weeks, stayed for four months despite my request that you go home as I didn't get paid enough to support you as well as myself and my bills, mortgage, etc. You declined to do this, knowing full well that I wouldn't throw you out, in doing this you abused my hospitality, said some of the most godawful things I've ever heard in my life about Chet (and I don't care what you're opinion on that was; you never had a relationship with him, henceforth you are in no position to judge). And still when I requested that you pay for the bills you ran up whilst you were here (not an unreasonable request seeing as one phone bill alone was £70, the grand total being £300 from when I switched suppliers and you took it as a green light to never get off the damn phone to your friends and family).

Did you really think I would want to continue a relationship with you after your suggestion that Chet and I sell our house, you take MY money and buy a property in Texas with it, without me having any legal comeback?

Did you really think I would want a relationship with you after you decided that since your only form of support in the UK was pregnant, you were honour bound to stay here and 'protect me', depite staying at home all day and being incapable of pushing a vacuum cleaner round? Did you really think I was going to agree to you being a 'house husband', when you clearly can't look after yourself?

Do you really think I was going to believe any of the things you've said via phone, email or forum since you arrived home? Allow me to reiterate, since you'll probably have difficulty recollecting these things, being bipolar and all....
- The 1:30am phone call telling me that I would never stand a chance of getting custody in court because you had military backing and I would make a useless mother.
- The bank 'jacking you about', meaning that you (big surprise) reneged on your promise to send some form of payment for the above bills. By the way, the £45 you did finally send via WU went entirely on maternity wear. I felt it was apt since I wouldn't be in need of such clothing were it not for you.
- How many times have you said you would call to discuss our child in a civilised manner, knowing full well you had no intention of making that phone call? To date, I make it seven different occasions. And no, texts don't count.
- The false medical dramas. Oh no, a car crash. Oh dear, bipolar today eh? Oh look, undiagnosed PTSD. Happens to us all I suppose.

All I have to do really, is recall every time I refused to do something you wanted. Watching you scream at me and lose your temper was enough to put me right off. I grew up with that, I have no wish to inflict it upon my own child.

So after draining me financially, taking what you wanted and leaving, forgive me for not wanting to have a relationship with you anymore. I'm still counting the cost of the experience. No-one will employ a woman who is pregnant. I have moved back in with Chet, as I have no financial support whatsoever. Chet has been wonderful and has told me I can stay here indefinitely if the need arises, despite what it is costing him to look after me, and unlitmately, the baby too. I am having debt counselling as a result of losing my job. I don't know if I have the energy to pursue a tribunal against my former employers.
