After over 30 years as a Record Dealer, BEANOS is now closing.  However, to take its place in this beautiful building, there will be a new business called Market Place which will be full of small stalls and 'shoplets' let on a seven-day-a-week basis to individual traders.  These will be especially in the creative and artistic field.  These are pictures of a mock-up to give you an impression of how it will look.

 

	On the top floor there will also be a rather nice 'retro' café providing a good area to relax.  The ground floor will have larger units (called shoplets) which will all be designed with the flair that made BEANOS world famous.  The whole building will be run to an extremely high standard, unique, safe, comfortable and full of really exciting things!

 

	We have already received a great deal of interest from potential tenants with an excellent variety of trades such as, Jewellery, Art, Posters, Specialist Books, Photography, Tarot Readings, Web Site design and Wooden Toys to pick out a few.  This is going to give us a fabulously interesting and diverse appeal.
