Hypothesis
We think that a premium gasoline will help a plant more than oil.
Purpose
We are doing so we can find which gasoline/oil people should use in their cars in order to help the environment the most.
Materials
  • 5 pots
  • 5 Impatiens seeds
  • Water
  • oil
  • Two kinds of oil
  • Two kinds of gasoline
  • A measuring cup
  • Eye dropper
Procedure

First we will take 4 pots with seeds in them.

Then, we will water them regularly with water and gasoline/oil. The oil will be in a smaller amount than the water so we donít kill the plant from the start.

Third, we will  have a pot with just water and seeds. This will be our control.

Next, we will record which plants grow in more positive ways.

Results

None of the plants are growing so we added more seeds and we will see if the control Will do best.
Conclusion

Oil and gasoline are very harmful to plants even if the brand name of the product is different.
