A small bed is squeezed in the corner of the cluttered bedroom that appears to be used not for sleeping and living but for storage of a mass collection of trinkets. Though the various items around the room seem like junk to most, they are pure treasures to their owner. This room belongs to none other than a dedicated collector, one who spends much of their time acquiring as much of a certain item as possible.

Traffic accidents are the leading cause of death for teenagers across the United States. Both male and female drivers between the ages of 16 to 19 years have the highest average annual crash and traffic violation rate out of any other age group. Speeding and cell phones are just two problems with teen driving, and loud music and infrequent seatbelt use are also contributing factors.

As I walked into Therapy I was welcomed by friendly smiles, sweet citrus aroma candles, and the soothing sound of the song “Viva La Vida” by Coldplay. The back of the store was packed with clothing racks, and the four walls were covered with photographs and portraits of vibrant colors.
