So basically for the last two issues I didn’t really have any idea what this column should be about. I just kind of wrote things that came to me. First issue, I wrote about a Homecoming Dance from hell, and the last issue I wrote how my Thanksgiving would not be fun. I was feeling all this negative energy and then I read “Walden” by Henry David Thoreau and it changed me forever. I realized that the key to my problems was within me.

The “That’s What She Said” movement originated on the hit TV series “The Office” from character Michael Scott. According to E-40, it ‘s even bigger than the Hyphy Movement- that’s what she said. Society has moved on since the “in bed” fortune cookie days. It’s a beautiful skill if you possess it. Perfect for lightening up the mood or making a boring speech interesting, “that’s what she said” can be hard to grasp.

I recently viewed a news video, about a 5 year old boy in Arkansas, who killed a bear. His dad was real proud of him, comparing him to Davy Crockett and stuff. Their southern accent, images of this little kid holding a rifle taller than he is, learning that this black bear was 445 pounds heavy (``12 times the size of the kid``) left me speechless.
