These tests are used
diagnostically, as well as in ongoing research
|
- Biofield Testing:
-
GDV Photography (Gas Discharge
Visualization)
The GDV camera is used to assess light emission patterns
to evaluate bioenergetics according to Oriental Medical
Systems. Reports are generated include energy distribution
of organs and tissues, chakra diagram (energy distribution
among the 7 chakras). Holistic interventions based on the
report show improvement in energy distribution and then
physical body changes.
-
Polycontrast Interference Photography
(PIP-Scan)
A method developed by Dr. Harry Oldfield in England,
this test visualizes and analyzes energy
around and within the human body. Digitally processed images
of the body exposed to full-spectrum light produce color
images due to light interference patterns to reveal the body's
energy patterns. The criteria being evaluated are left-right
pattern symmetry, among others, that may reveal energy
blockages. This test is still experimental at this time.
- Extremity Arterial Testing
A measure of arterial elasticity, this test reveals the
biological age of an individual's cardiovascular system by
measuring the blood vessels' ability to recover their
original shape after a heart beat.
- Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) —
Parasympathetic
and Sympathetic
A measure of Heart Rate Variability (HRV) in these two tests
reveal heart health, as indicated by heart rate frequency
deviation, and the ratio of the parasympathetic and
sympathetic parameters.
- Dry Blood Analysis (DBA) —
also known as the
Oxidative Stress Test
Freshly drawn blood is allowed to clot and dry. The
resulting patterns are examined microscopically to determine
cellular integrity, immunity and nutrition. Also evaluated
in conjunction with LBA, below.
- Live Blood Analysis (LBA)
Dark-field microscopy (10,000x) of freshly drawn blood
reveals blood cells in their native state, and is used to
evaluate the bloods microbial load, cellular stability,
acid-base balance, redox potential and systemic
inflammation. The LBA and DBA tests have been used
successfully to help determine disease states that traditional
medicine was unable to determine.
