Most MP3 Players like the Diamond Rio PMP 300 come with the software you need to play MP3 music. But these tools are often rudimentary at best, providing few options for managing the ever-growing collection of downloaded and recorded music lying around your hard drive.
With RealNetworks RealJukebox, on the other hand, you can do much more than form a mere conduit between your MP3 player and PC. You can gather, record, and manage a vast number of MP3s with ease. You can even convert and store disparate sound formats such as Liquid Audio, WAV, and midi for use on your MP3 player.

With a little help from RealNetworks and some fiddling of our own, we've put together the following troubleshooter to will help you work around any unsavory communication issues between your MP3 player and RealJukebox.
