Dell's put the power you need and then some in its Dimension XPS T700r. This pricey machine doesn't skimp anywhere--from its 700-MHz Pentium III (Coppermine) CPU to its surround-sound speaker system. Dell has switched 3 modems and it still does not work. I have not been able to do anything with it. It crashes on opening a MS word file. They tech support is patient. But they can not figure out what is wrong with the system. Besides, you need much more patience because you are going to be on hold for 20-30 mins a time. I have been on the phone talking to more than 20 people from dell already. Nobody can figure out what is wrong. I am sick and tired of it.
