Associate Producer, CNET CatchUp
This position requires a combination of management, technical, and editorial skills and will in turn provide a variety of interesting CatchUp projects. CatchUp is a Web-based updating service, providing real-time, customized software and hardware upgrade recommendations.

Responsibilities:
The associate producer is responsible for locating, analyzing, and entering software title information to develop and maintain the CatchUp software database. This person is also responsible for evaluating user feedback, and coordinating content with other CNET databases. The associate producer is responsible for managing the CatchUP Web site, which includes implementing new design and writing and editing Web site copy. This person will also be in charge of writing the CatchUp email newsletter and managing its membership.

Requirements:
Candidates should be proficient on the PC and be very comfortable navigating the Web. Candidates must have accurate data entry skills and a good memory for names. Candidates should be familiar with shareware, freeware and commercial software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Knowledge of HTML a must. This position is onsite in our San Francisco office.
