Description
IconPackager is a desktop-enhancement utility that lets you change all the icons in your system by applying themes to them. You can then save your custom icons in one file, creating a "package." IconPackager integrates with WindowBlinds, but you can also use it as a standalone product. IconPackager also allows you to tweak your Windows shell. Version 1.0 adds a number of icon packages created by some of the top artists in the icon community. You can view a screen shot of this program here.
The cost to register this program is $14.95. Users can also get Object Desktop which includes IconPackager as well as WindowBlinds from Stardock.com.

"Horrible!!" Don't waste your time downloading this just to change all your icons. Half my icons never loaded when I started up my computer, prompting me to re-run icon packager. Also, once un-installed, all my icons for files, documents, etc. would NOT go back to defaults!! I give this software a BAD rating.

"A great way to change your icons" I've seen a few other programs that try to do this but IconPackager is the best way to change all your icons to a different theme. It is really well supported with lots of icon packages on the various skin sites and Stardock's site and the program is very easy to use.
