"Good overall color printer..it can compare with many HP, Lexmark, and Epson printers."
The customizable printing features are the best. You can select from a few default settings or make your own setting depending on the paper or ink you have. The ink system is great too because you only use individual colors that are fairly cheap instead of buying HP's $35 color ink cartridges. It can also do T-Shirts and banners! Overall, it's a great printer for the price.

"Slow, unreliable, bad service, not worth the money"
We had trouble with this the day we got it. We couldn't get a Dell rep to call up back for two days. It has bad pixels, has crashed four times in 2 weeks, and is awful slow for the price. It has several poorly designed battery bays (left and right are non-interchangeable, batteries can't be swapped while computer is on)and an awkward keyboard. I have had much better experience with no-names. I will never buy a Dell again.
