How to get the best results from Search.com's Travel channel

category to get advice from over a dozen travel guides

as travel advisories from the US Bureau of Consular Affairs and
Center for Disease Control. To check for travel
tips and advisories about London, here's what we filled in:
Find travel tickets cheaper If your travel dates are
flexible, use the Discount Airfares option to check for cheap
flights to your destination from sources like Discount-Airfare.com,
Yahoo! Travel, TravelHUB, and Best Fares. For best results,
enter the name of a single destination city. Here's how we looked for
a dirt-cheap
seat from San Francisco to London:
Find a place to
stay Unless a friend's fancy flat awaits you in London,
the next step is finding a place to stay. Check the Lodging box
before you search to get a listing of hotels in your destination city.
We checked both Discount Airfares and Lodging to get listings
for tickets and
hotels in one step:
Map it out for
me... If your travel plans are limited to the
continental U.S., you can use the Maps search to get
geographical details for any location in the United States from
National Geographic, the US Geological Survey, and Microsoft
TerraServer. For example, if you were interested in seeing where
exactly Julian lies
in relation to the rest of California, you could query the Travel
channel like this:

- Select multiple boxes for your search. Get
results from as many or as few travel categories as you need
you can always click to see more in any particular category from the
results page.

Opinions channel. For example, here's what
people have to say about London on Usenet, forums, message boards,
and review sites.
