On Tuesday, the FBI announced the arrest of the ten Most Wanted Fugitive Eric Franklin Rosser. Rosser was taken into custody on the morning of August 21, 2001, by the Thai National Police, in cooperation with the FBI's Legal Attache in Bangkok, Thailand.
