Announcing our new, Last Call Ticket Window.
If we sold out of fan club tickets for a show you wanted to
attend, this might be the place for you!
When cleaning up the list of fan club members
attending each show, we sometimes encounter a duplicate order
or a person who never completed their order. Because of this,
we may have 2-8 tickets available for a 'sold out' show. We
will be putting these tickets back on sale to fan club members
as they become available. Here are the rules:
- Tickets will only be available to current fan club members.
You cannot sign up for the fan club and purchase the tickets
at the same time.
- Fan club ticket rules apply - if you already have purchased
a pair of tickets for the show, you cannot purchase a second
pair.
- No online ticket sales. You must call customer service
to place the order.
- We will not be sending out SpeakTrue digests or other
means of notification of these ticket sales. To keep up-to-date,
you will need to check the Last Call Ticket Window daily.
- Tickets will be VERY limited and sold on a first-to-call
basis.
- These tickets are in the regular fan club hold. Since
no fan club tickets are specifically assigned to a particular
fan club member until all the fan club tickets are sold,
these will be the same seats you would have had if you purchased
them when the show first went on sale (seating based on
member seniority).
- Credit card orders only. Because time is limited, we cannot
accept money orders for these tickets.
- Do not e-mail us or call customer service to inquire if
tickets will be made available for a specific show. Ticket
information will be placed on the Last Call Ticket Window
as it becomes available, but customer service will have
no advanced information
We will update the Last Call Ticket Window each day (Mon-Fri)
at 2:00pm PT when we have a show to offer. There will be days
when no announcements are made.
Please note that tickets are not going to be available
for all sold out shows - just shows that have invalid orders
as stated above.
