TORONTO -- My blisters are healing but still nag me. The bug bites on my arms have faded to tiny pin-pricks. And the smell is almost gone from my beloved leather jacket. It's been well over a week since I finished my cross-Canada trek -- travelling from Vancouver to my birthplace of Halifax on the kindness and goodwill of fellow Canadians.
