ON THE TOWN: Vibe Magazine Airs New Television Show

There wasn’t much going on around town last week but the talk was definitely about the premier of Vibe Magazine's new television show entitled Weekend Vibe. I prepared myself for a long night because the show aired at 2. am EST on Saturday night, so I got my diet coke (OK it was really a bowl of ice cream) and got ready for the show’s premier.

On the morning city bus en route to City College, Smokey Robinson's new hit, "Virgin Man," was again haunting me. The guy holding the radio derived particular glee from the part that said, "...It ain't like I never wanted to/but it's easier to think than it is to do..." He thought that so funny.
