MSN or MyMSN problems: Please go to MSN Support. Broken link found on the site: Please tell us the URL of the page that contains the bad link in addition to the bad link’s URL itself when you submit a Technical Support report. Video player problems: MSNBC Video requires Windows 98SE or higher operating system, Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher, Windows Media Player 9 or later, Macromedia Flash Player 7 or higher, and Microsoft .NET Passport. In Internet Explorer, open the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options.
Click the Security tab.
Click the Internet icon.
Click Custom Level.
Scroll down to the Scripting section. Under Active Scripting, select the Enable option.
Click OK.

You may have to refresh the Web page for the new setting to take effect. - Pop-up blocking software must be disabled

If your software can be set to allow pop-ups in specified sites, set it to allow pop-ups for video.msn.com.
If you see a "Content Unavailable" message after selecting a video, there may be a problem with the MSN Video server or software. Try viewing the content again later. If the problem persists, please submit a Technical Support report with the name of the video. Problems playing Macromedia Flash: Please see Macromedia’s Flash player support page.
