Bad habits begone -- it's New Year's in July
As you know, I love a good theme column, and a Fourth of July testimonial is too tidy to pass up. I asked myself: How can I contribute to today's spirit of independence?

In work, like in real estate, location is everything
The Sun-Times is in turmoil. This is the kind of crisis a newspaper just may never recover from.

'The Naked Truth' uncovers little but speaks volumes
THIS WEEK'S ARGUMENT: That the Paris Hilton story is an instant classic.
