Today's University Park forecast
Severe weather beseiged the Commonwealth Wednesday
afternoon because of a very strong cold front that has
moved through the region. Its effects can be felt as soon
as you open the door when chilly Canadian air engulfs
around you. This cool, unseasonable air will linger into
the beginning of the weekend, but then August will fight
back with a vengeance and rebound high temperatures
across the state back to normal for this time of year by
Monday. The eastern half of the country should stay
resonably dry through mid next week before a storm system
brings the threat of more rain on Wednesday. Enjoy this
beautiful weekend!
