Anil's hair-raising experience! Add to Clippings

INDIATIMES MOVIES
[ FRIDAY, OCTOBER 08, 2004 05:40:17 AM ]
Guess what, guys - Mr original stubby-beard is back, and he’s sporting a new look that’s making eyeballs roll like crazy. Yes, we’re talking about Anil Kapoor, who has been constantly reinventing himself over the years. Kapoor was seen beaming from ear-to-ear recently – and all because of what’s between the two of them ... his ears, we mean! Apparently it was hair designer Aalim (who also worked on the stars in ‘Rudraksh’) and Anil himself who sat and worked together on the new look – spiky hair and stubby-beard, et al . “It is flattering to be complimented on the new look. I’ve been receiving so many SMS’ about it, too,” says the actor, but adds quickly, “but for me it is the performance that matters. That is what will decide whether the film will be liked by the audience or not.” Now that last bit is what separates the men from the boys! The extra hair we mean.
