SHIPPING - DOMESTIC ORDERS: Prices shown including First Class/Priority Mail shipping for MOST items within the U.S. -- for heavier/bulkier items (e.g. vinyl albums, large-format magazines, etc.), we may opt to ship these Media Mail at our discretion depending on the size of your order. Larger orders with vinyl inside will generally be shipped Priority Mail, but orders for 1-3 albums may be shipped Media Mail instead. Orders of 4 items or more may also be shipped by UPS ground; just indicate this in your order form or in the "Special Instructions/Notes" field in the PayPal Shopping Cart. With the addition of the PayPal Shopping Cart to our website, we have chosen to simplify our shipping options to make the ordering process less confusing and more automated, and this has meant that some of the flexibility of the shipping options has gone by the wayside. We apologize for this in advance. SHIPPING - FOREIGN ORDERS: We reserve the right to refuse orders from certain countries known for their high risk of fraud, including Nigeria, Vietnam, Romania and others. Foreign orders must add the appropriate shipping surcharges listed here.   PAYPAL PAYMENTS -- VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, CHECKS, CASH TRANSFER: You may pay with any of the above methods through PayPal. This service does not cost anything extra. You no longer need to have a PayPal account in order to make a credit card payment through the PayPal service. If you bounce a check to us, you will be expected to reimburse us for the cost of your order plus our bank's NSF fee (currently $15), and we may require you to pay by other, more secure means in the future. RETURNS/REFUNDS: We allow returns for mis-shipped, damaged or defective items only. Exceptions may be made for customers who order a high volume of product from 3BOS. Refunds will be issued only in the instance where we cannot ship the correct item or a replacement item.
