Choice of Law and Forum

This Visitor Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflicts of law rules. You agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to this Visitor Agreement or use of this Web site shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the County of Los Angeles, State of California, and you further agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action. To the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Edmunds.com's intellectual property rights, this Visitor Agreement or our Town Hall Membership Agreement, Edmunds.com may seek monetary damages, injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of California, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Modification and Severability

We reserve the right to make changes to this Visitor Agreement and our other legal notices at any time.
