An Introduction to Critical Theory: The Dialectic of Everyday Life $2 Originally published in 1980 by the Columbia Anarchist League, this short text is a powerful attack on ideological non-thought and is high on our list of "essential reading". The Revolutionary Pleasure of Thinking for Yourself $2 This essay was originally published in the U.S. in 1975 by The Spectacle and has gone through numerous reprints and pamphlet editions since then. Essentially a situationist tract translated into plain English, this essay takes dead aim at one of the most serious scourges stunting the growth of the anarchist movement: ideology. 500 Years of Indigenous Resistance $4 This essay was originally published in the revolutionary indigenous newspaper OH-TOH-KIN. Written by native writer and militant Gord Hill, it is a historical chronology of the colonization of the Americas and the resistance to it.
