Steph's Relief
Steph Hoyland
Steph's had a tough few weeks
It has been a dramatic few weeks for Steph Hoyland, finding out her husband was infertile and that her dreams of a baby may never eventuate. Things became even more tense when Max offered to end their relationship so she could be free to have a baby on her own.
Carla Bonner explained why Steph was so upset in the first place.
"She felt that Max didn't really want to have a child, and that he didn't want to have a child as much as her because he already has some of his own. She needed some time away to think about stuff."
Steph was away for a few days before Max got up the courage to find her.
"When he turns up, even though she asked him not to, she's beaming really, she knows he loves her. But when he said that she could leave him if she wants to, it devastated her," Carla said.
"She realized how much he meant to her, and realized she didn't want to live without him, kids or no kids. Finally they agreed to have IVF, and she was always absolutely and completely and utterly in love with the man! This is everything she wants."
Let's hope this is the beginning of something wonderful for Ramsay Street's favourite newlyweds!
