Join Technorati today! It is free and you can setup a Watchlist for your favorite URLs and search terms. Watchlists are a powerful way to track what is happening on the web right now: news, sports, corporate information or whatever information is interesting and important to you. Start tracking the daily conversations emerging around the weblogs or websites that are important to you or your business.
As a member, you can:
Enter the main URL for each weblog that you wish to claim in the members area. You will receive an email from Technorati with a snippet of HTML code to add into your weblog configuration. Simply cut-and-paste the HTML into your weblog template (usually it is best to put it into your sidebar in a blogroll or external links section), and save your changes! For most blogging packages, that is all you have to do. The next time Technorati indexes your weblog, it will see the special HTML code, and Technorati will update your account to show that your weblog claim is now complete.
Weblogs with multiple authors are a-ok! Simply have each author go through the procedure to claim the weblog, add HTML for each author, and each author will be independently verified.
