Post a question to the newsgroup.

Every Microsoft for Mac product has a newsgroup where hundreds of Mac users including those identified by Microsoft as MVPs (Most Valuable Professionals) will answer questions. This is where you can search to find out if your question has already been answered and, if not, post it to the newsgroup to see if someone can give you an answer. Submit a question to support online.

Microsoft Online Assistance makes it easy to select your product, submit a question to a Microsoft Support Professional, and receive a response to your e-mail address. To use Online Assistance, you will need a Microsoft .NET Passport. Average response time: 2 days

Call United States Product Support.
