CTFA respects the privacy of visitors to its web site. To better protect your privacy, we have provided this notice to explain our online information practices. Our privacy statement can be viewed from any page on our site.

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the CTFA web site - for ordering publications, registering for meetings, submitting our potential membership questionnaire, and any e-mail requests for information.

In order to fulfill certain services (publications orders and meeting registrations), CTFA needs your name, address, phone number and credit card information for processing. We never sell or redistribute your personal information.

Information provided on our Potential Membership Questionnaire is used by our membership department to determine if you are eligible for CTFA membership. None of the information you provide is shared with third parties.

Collection of E-mail Addresses:
You can voluntarily choose to provide us with your e-mail address when ordering a publication or registering for a meeting. We will use e-mails from publications orders to notify you about new publications and editions, special discounted offers, upcoming meetings, and special offers and events. E-mails may periodically be used to for CTFA surveys or questionnaires.

CTFA does not share or sell e-mail addresses with any third parties. You can decide to be removed from any of the above e-mail lists at any time by notifying us at webmaster@ctfa.org. All e-mails will also offer you the opportunity to unsubscribe from future CTFA e-mails.

Information CTFA Gathers/Tracks:
CTFA does not collect any personal identifying information from users just browsing our web site. Our site does automatically capture IP addresses. However, users can browse our web site anonymously and only data - such as the number of hits per page - are collected. This data are only used for internal purposes to help us improve our web site.
