White House Regional Conference in Jacksonville

The White House is hosting a Regional Conference on Faith-Based and Community Initiatives in Jacksonville, FL to be held on Wednesday, April 12, 2006. The one-day conference is geared towards those who are new to the Initiative, have no history of applying for government grants, or have attempted to secure government funding, but have not yet been successful. The White House is hosting a Targeted Workshop on Faith-Based and Community Initiatives in Cincinnati, OH to be held on Friday, May 12, 2006. The one-day workshop is geared towards representatives from social service groups with a track record of applying for government grants, particularly those who have not yet won grants.
