Busted Busted
Pop's punkiest trio look set to rule the school in 2004 having topped their sell-out UK tour with two Brit awards and new album, 'A Present for Everyone'. But wild success comes naturally to James, Matt and Charlie, who bagged a No.1 single and a double platinum album in 2003.

One of my mates rang me up after seeing the video for the first time. He said, 'Could have got a fitter bride,' and I was like, 'What?' and he was like, 'You could have got a fitter bride,' and I was like 'What are you talking about? It's me!' and he went, 'What?!

Matt explains why he won't be wearing a dress anymore.

BUSTED IN ONE MINUTE
  • Matt still has a crush on the teacher who inspired "What I Go To School For". 'She's so lovely - it must be so embarrassing for her!"
  • When Charlie's had one too many beers he starts drinking from his shoe.
  • James's ideal world would be made of food.
  • Matt once said that he'd pose naked for a can of coke and a teacake.
  • Charlie's ideal world would be full of bikini-clad girls resembling Britney. Maybe one could be employed to groom those larger than life eyebrows.
  • The title and lyrics for Year 3000 were inspired by Back To The Future, James's favourite film.
  • Busted are the first ever band to chart their debut singles at no.3 ("What I Go To School For"), no.2 ("Year 3000"), and then no.1 with "Crash and Burn".
  • The lads share a bachelor pad in Finchley. They call it party central, we can only imagine what the neighbours call it.
