BBC Information Wales delivers a fully bilingual information service and deals with comments and questions on the phone, by letter or e-mail.

The centre is operational between 9am and 9pm on weekdays and between 10am and 6pm on weekends and bank holidays. At other times, telephone calls are handled by BBC Information offices in Belfast or Glasgow.
