The department has two-degree programs, Chemistry (major code 620900) and Biochemistry (major code 613500). Students may obtain a graduate degree in Biochemistry, or a graduate degree in Chemistry that encompasses analytical, inorganic, organic, and physical. The degree program you have selected determines which program's coursework and qualifying examinations you will follow.
