Open to all full-time undergraduate students of sixth semester standing enrolled as an advertising major in the College of Communications with superior academic records or who manifest promise of outstanding academic success. Preference will be given to students participating in the College's Advertising Club or who are members of the Collegian's advertising staff. Wayne Hilinski, senior lecturer in advertising at Penn State, is a 1962 graduate of the University and a former business manager of The Daily Collegian. Wayne is a member of Collegian's board of directors.
