I'm different now

Last Updated: February 20, 2006

Yesterday, laughter came without lines
Questions had definite answers
Faith was blissfully blind and
(first)love flawless,
thoughtlessly etched in 'forever'.
Yesterday I was going to change the world

Today history is drawn across my face, hands = heart
I have more questions than answers
I hope, fall down get up and keep on hoping
My experience of love is slippery,
So I have learn't to love myself more and depend on people less,
Today I know the only person I can change is me

Yesterday I had goals, aspirations, dreams to live for
Today I live for the now, because it's the only thing I am sure of
Today;
I say I love you, now
I get angry, now
I cry, now
I laugh, now
Today I live now
