Personnel Announcement

President George W. Bush today announced his intention to appoint three individuals and designate one individual to serve in his administration:

The President intends to appoint Brigadier General Jack Nicholson, USA (Ret.), of Virginia, to be Secretary of the American Battle Monuments Commission.

The President intends to appoint Ronald A. Faucheux, of Virginia, to be a Member of the National Historical Publications and Records Commission.

The President intends to appoint Daron R. Shaw, of Texas, to be a Member of the National Historical Publications and Records Commission.

The President intends to designate Peter Lichtenbaum, of Virginia, to be Acting Under Secretary of Commerce for Export Administration.
