North American punters will have to pay between $5.99 and $10.99 for PSone games that can be played on PSP.
The games, which will be available via PlayStation Store, are downloaded to PS3 and then transferred over to Sony's handheld.
According to Sony Computer Entertainment America, the first wave of PSone games for PSP is due in the coming weeks, with further titles to be added to the list on an ongoing basis. A game line-up is yet to be confirmed.
As we reported yesterday, Sony has already revealed the initial line-up in Japan, where consumers can download the likes of Resident Evil: Director's Cut for 5.25 yen.
Expect UK details nearer the PS3 launch next March.
