Graves signs with CAA

Alex Graves has signed with CAA. Graves directed the pilot and is executive producer of ABC's freshman series "The Nine." He was an executive producer/series director on NBC's "The West Wing." On the feature film side, he is attached to direct New Line Cinema's "The Crusaders." Graves' attorney is Craig Emanuel at Loeb and Loeb.

Jason Ensler also has signed with CAA. Ensler directed the pilot of NBC's upcoming midseason series "Andy Barker, P.I.," which was given a six-episode order; he is attached to produce and direct the other five episodes as well. Ensler's television credits also include multiple episodes of the new ABC series "Help Me Help You," NBC's "The West Wing" and the pilot for UPN's "South Beach." On the feature side, Ensler directed the film "Grilled," starring Ray Romano and Kevin James. He is managed by Lou Pitt at the Pitt Group, and his attorney is Robert Offer at Sloane, Offer, Weber and Dern.

Anne Archer has signed with APA. The actress has a recurring role on the FX series "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" opposite Danny DeVito and also has appeared on CBS' "Ghost Whisperer," starring Jennifer Love Hewitt. Archer continues to be managed by Erik Kritzer at Fenton/Kritzer Entertainment.

Also signing with APA is Michael Badalucco, who is perhaps best known for his role as Jimmy Berluti on the ABC series "The Practice," which earned him a supporting actor in a drama series Emmy in 1999. The actor also has a long list of feature films on his resume, including "Bewitched," "O Brother, Where Art Thou?" "Summer of Sam" and "You've Got Mail." Badalucco is managed by Evan Hainey and Johnnie Planco.

Director Mark Rydell also has signed with APA. Rydell's most recent projects include the film "Even Money," starring Kim Basinger, DeVito, Kelsey Grammer, Forest Whitaker and Nick Cannon, as well as an episode of the upcoming ABC series "Masters of Science Fiction." Other credits include the TNT telefilm "James Dean," starring James Franco, and the feature film "Intersection," with Richard Gere and Sharon Stone. As an actor, Rydell's resume also includes a recurring role on WB Network's "Everwood." Rydell is managed by Graham Kaye.

Innovative Artists has signed a slew of crew members: editors Cara Silverman ("Keith"), Tim Alverson ("The Music Within") and Tom Costain ("Strange Wilderness") as well as production designer Graham "Grace" Walker ("Gothika").

Production designer Philip Rosenberg has signed with Prime Artists. Rosenberg won an Oscar in 1980 for art direction/set direction for "All That Jazz." His credits also include "Collateral Damage," "The Hurricane," "A Perfect Murder," "The Pelican Brief," "Moonstruck" and "Network."
