Prostitutes: 'Significant' arrest

Police investigating the killings of five prostitutes in eastern England say they have arrested a second suspect, a 48-year-old man, in a move described as "significant." After his arrest, police impounded a blue Ford Mondeo car at an address in Ipswich for forensic tests. Detectives were also granted an extra 36 hours to quiz the first suspect.
